Information used

Covari DFM displays your CAD in the browser. Filenames, part details, annotations and requested images may be shared with your connected ChatGPT or Codex service. Some interactions also pass through Covari’s service to provide the features you request. Only use information you are authorized to share.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection and usage information for service delivery and security. The workbench does not use advertising analytics.

Retention and control

Viewer data is temporary. Control data held by Covari is normally cleared when the viewer closes or after five idle minutes; this is not a guaranteed deletion deadline. Hosting providers may retain technical records and backup copies under their own policies.

Closing the viewer does not delete your host’s conversation, file history or returned results. Those are governed by the connected service’s policies and account controls. Support emails remain in our mailbox until manually removed.
